APSI Mission Statement:
Many respected professional game and clay
target shooting instructors, although highly qualified by
experience and knowledge, hold no formal qualifications. The
purpose of the APSI is to provide formal recognition of these
skilled instructors in the first instance, and to encourage
instructors to build on these skills by further suitable training
and ongoing recognition of skills.
Part of this mechanism is the wish of the
APSI to work for and with other suitable elements of the shooting
industry.
